Employment Services
We provide comprehensive employment services that are designed for job seekers at every stage of their journey such like job coaching assistance, job search support, referrals, resume assistance, and knowledge on job retention. We offer personalized job coaching to build confidence and identify career paths, as well as support with job searches and employer connections. Our services include professional resume assistance and referrals to trusted employers and training programs. This also includes guidance on job retention to help individuals succeed and grow in the workplace. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to succeed, and we are committed to breaking barriers and fostering equal opportunities for all.

Peer Support Apprenticeship Program
A training initiative aimed to increase the number of skilled peer support professionals in underserved and underrepresented communities. This program equips participants with the knowledge and tools to support individuals experiencing co-occurring disabilities, such as mental health and substance use challenges. Apprentices receive hands-on training, mentorship, and certification to provide empathetic, hopeful, and relatable care to those they serve. By focusing on advocating and empowering individuals with lived experiences, the program builds a diverse workforce, reflecting the unique needs of the communities they support.

Employment Workshops
We offer 48-hour employment workshops to equip individuals with essential job skills for reentry into the workforce or exploration of a different career field through partnerships, like Colorado Department of Corrections. These workshops include but not limited to training in digital literacy, resume building, and interview techniques, ensuring participants are prepared for today's job market. The program also addresses barriers to employment, which empowers individuals to build confidence and pursue meaningful career opportunities. We hope to promote successful reintegration and long-term career stability.

Google IT Support Program
This is a professional workforce certificate initiative offering training in cybersecurity, data analytics, IT support, and digital marketing. Through a partnership with Denver Public Schools' Career and College Program, we help make this valuable opportunity accessible to students and job seekers. Participants gain industry -recognized certifications and skills needed for in-demand tech careers. This collaboration bridges education and workforce development, empowering individuals to pursue high-growth opportunities.
