Here at COSC, we want to ensure that those who are looking to make a change in their lives are given that chance as well as prevent homelessness, safety, affordability, and stability for the underserved or vulnerable populations by making housing affordable. Ultimately, we want to empower individuals and families to break the cycle of poverty and achieve long-lasting independence.

Phase 3: Home Ownership/ Co-Op Housing
Coming Soon
The next phase is to provide those who have finally had permanent housing, be empowered to own their own home as well as co-own with other family members. This phase connects to our final pillar of building community wealth. We want families to be reconciled and share wealth within the community of how they were able to utilize resources that were given to them to provide a testimony that it is possible to find redemption and obtain a better life for an individual to bestow upon their families.
